We currently do not allow for customers to arrange pickups from us via third-party freight services. Orders must be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL – and must either be billed directly to a customer’s account or prepaid on the order.
We can send partial shipments for domestic orders. For international orders, all products must be shipped together at one time unless the customer provides us with their own UPS/FedEx/DHL account and gives us permission to have multiple shipping charges billed through this account.
The shipping rate is determined directly by UPS, and the shipping costs are calculated based on the estimated package size and estimated package weight of the order. If you would like to receive a shipping quote, please contact a member of our team by telephone, email, or chat!
