  • Do you assess sales tax?

    We only assess sales tax for orders shipping to Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.  If you are tax exempt in these states, please submit your tax exemption information to salesteam@tisch-env.com.  A member of our customer advocate team will then update your customer profile to include tax exemption status.

  • Can you ship via USPS?

    We currently do not ship via USPS.  Our default shipper is UPS, but may also ship via FedEx or DHL if the customer provides their own account information for those carriers.
  • Can I pick up directly from Tisch Scientific’s facility?

    At this time, we do not offer on-site pickup by customers. 
  • What is the production lead-time for out of stock products?

    The production lead-time on out-of-stock products will vary.  Upon placing your order, a member of our team will contact you within one business day to inform you of any availability/lead-time issues with your order.
