DMPK
We offer both regular and Indicating FTA DMPK-A, FTA DMPK -B, and FTA DMPK -C cards. Indicating cards, recommended for colorless samples, change color from blue to white when sample is applied, verifying the location of the sample. Using Whatman FTA DMPK cards is easy: Spot, Extract, and Analyze.
FTA DMPK-A, FTA DMPK-B, and FTA DMPK-C cards are designed for dried blood spot (DBS) microvolume sampling. FTA DMPK-A and FTA DMPK-B cards lyse cells and denature proteins on contact. FTA DMPK-C card is not impregnated with chemicals and may be better suited for protein-based biomolecules. Samples spotted on cards can be shipped and stored at ambient temperature. Long-term stability has been demonstrated for analytes and metabolites sensitive to plasma enzymes.
