The Mini-UniPrep G2 from Whatman is an all-in-one syringeless filter with a borosilicate glass chamber. It replaces syringe filters for autosampler-supported UHPLC/HPLC sample preparation with easier handling and fewer consumable components.
They feature an integrated autosampler vial, plunger with attached filter membrane, and septum/cap. This design simplifies UHPLC/HPLC sample preparation minimizes instrument downtime resulting from use of unfiltered samples. Sample loading can be done in 1/3 the time with these all-in-one units.
Excessive leachables contamination from plastic vials can destabilize organic formulations and skew results. Mini-UniPrep G2 features a borosilicate glass chamber, so sample contact with plastic leachables is minimized.
These all-in-one filters have a translucent housing to protect a clear view of your samples during filtration. The standard cap in these units make them ideal for use in any autosampler that accepts a 12 x 32mm autosampler for injection into your analyzer.
The starter pack also includes a manual compressor designed to disperse the compression force over your whole hand to minimize hand fatigue over multiple samples.
